Shackle & Strand Permanent Jewelry began in August 2022 as West Georgia’s first permanent jewelry experience. At the time, I was a stay-at-home mom with a deep love for jewelry and a dream of creating something meaningful. Since then, our business has grown into a studio space in downtown Carrollton, where we now offer by-appointment permanent jewelry services along with a thoughtfully curated fine jewelry collection.
